Meringues

It is no secret that Jen does most of the cooking in our house. I only really help out on a Thursday when she is at Brownies. I have, however, been told that I knock up a mean batch of meringues.

Here are some pre-oven. They have only just finished cooking and I never open the door to peak straight away as that way they often crack so hopefully when I look at them later this evening they will have come out nicely!
