Eye (dough) balls

Had a lovely impromptu date with Allegra after school while we waited for Zion who was at a club. We we’re going for a warm drink but got way laid at pizza express where we had a cold drink and a sharer portion of dough balls - which we both very much enjoyed! We also practiced phonics - sounds and making words... not sure pizza express gets our kind of visits often... but we enjoyed ourselves!

Later I was back out again for goodbye drinks for Celia who is off to France on Saturday to start a new job at a university (although she did live there on her year abroad). We will miss her but I think she’ll have fun, and will be a good move for now anyhow...
