Faulty storage heater

Sparky moved storage heater today to find out that it is faulty and has scorched the wall.

We got the heaters/heating through the Scottish Government grants about 3yrs ago and not long after they were installed I contacted Dimplex and the company that installed them as I told them that this heater was too hot and the landing one basically doesn't have much heat came out checked them and said all was good and working perfectly only to find out today what we always knew.
