Penny and Steve's tenants left last week and the new ones moved in yesterday (although in reality not till the weekend). It was all v rushed and the cleaners didn't visit till yesterday. They didn't clean several walls (irritatingly) which had scuff marks etc. The agents got a quote of £400 to repaint the walls!!!!! I don't think so! So good old Mum packed up a range of cleaning kit and off i went. It's not perfect but its 99% I reckon. (there was no hot water - hence the thermos's full of v hot water)
