The Lady and the Big Seat.

We went west for a walk in the afternoon. The big seat is on the Badger Trail Loop; my wife stopped momentarily to try it out. Our walk over the Moss was on a boardwalk; just as well - or we’d have had wet feet. Fortunately we were amongst some trees when a heavy shower passed over.

1000 new coronavirus cases in Scotland, 17500 in U.K. A hostile reception from hospitality to the new restrictions; Scottish media playing along. U.K. News shows a rapidly developing situation in England - described as a “perilous moment” by Westminster Health Secretary. I suspect they’ll act on Monday.

Made soup this morning while my wife was out. With hindsight I’ve made too much.
