Sunrise Run

WEDNESDAY WFH Day #129

I was out of the door at first light and managed an 11 Km run around Norland Moor and Barkisland. I was happy with my time of 60 minutes as I was up against puddles, a stiff breeze on the difficult uphill sections and an obstacle course courtesy of Northern Gas Networks who are digging up most of Barkisland. 

A couple of virtual meetings made for an interesting day on the computer.
