Cara and Bruce had a wonderful day on the beach and helped me to celebrate reaching another blip birthday. It was difficult to get them to stay still for this shot as they just wanted to continue playing and swimming, but they managed - just - with the bribe of a dog biscuit.

We are off further south tomorrow to stay with my daughter and family so it was good to let the dogs have a really bracing walk today before the long car journey.

Thank you again to all the blip chums who have continued to share this journal with me. I have thoroughly enjoyed your company along the way and it makes my day when someone takes the time and trouble to communicate through comments. Blip is a very special place.
