The dinner plate

Called in at my Dads to pick up the dogs he’d been looking after. I glanced out of his window and he said have you seen my dinner plate. The flower head on this dahlia was huge. My Dad has grown dahlias ever seen I can remember. I also grow them now and love to see them growing . One year my dad didn’t grow them and I was so disappointed, I think he realised and grew them again. Happy memories.
