Social Closeness

Whisky never seems to have anything other than joyous encounters with other dogs. He gets so excited, obviously having enormous fun. Social distancing is not a canine concept.

It made me rather wish it was socially acceptable for us humans to behave in a similar way on meeting other people, free to touch and revel in some dancing around, able to enjoy a hug and a good sniff, even a playful wrestle. The world would be an altogether more wonderful place, wouldn't it? 

Perhaps, after the pandemic is over, this is how we will start behaving to make up for so much social distancing.
