A breath of fresh air ...

.... really lifted my spirits today. A lovely walk, with sandwich stop, around one of the sand quarry nature reserves early pm. I didn't see another human being but lots of beautiful wildlife and sparkling water.

Sadly damped down a bit by finding out that one of my lovely clients who is in hospital after seizures caused by a brain tumour has now been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. All part of the job when working with the elderley but it still knocks you sideways when this sort of news comes through.
Two more days off with walks and gardening planned - always an antidote :)
