Reflections in the Arrow

We went to explore a little more of Arrow Valley Park this afternoon and walked around the lake.  We also wanted to find exactly where the River Arrow ran in relation to the Lake.  I am pleased to report that we found it and loved its peacefulness and the reflections on some parts of it.
I think that walk could become a favourite afternoon stroll with opportunities to wander farther or even try a little adventure with the bikes.

Louie needs some bigger clothes so I have had fun internet shopping to buy him a couple of items.

Dad has developed a liking for long sleeve polo shirts  so I have ordered him two of those.  He is more cheerful today and I have helped him exercise his arm.  Not too much washing to do today so maybe things are settling down in the trouble some department...  Just made an appointment for someone to come to talk to us about Stair lifts.  Not a straightforward job that one.

The Troubled Young Man is moving into his flat on Saturday thanks to his inheritance from his mom.  Coincidentally, it would have been her 60th birthday on Saturday.  This coincidence will not be lost on TYM and I hope he makes the most of this tremendous opportunity he has been given to really start again and make a home of his own.
