Steve is the pro at the local bowling alley, he gives lessons and runs a small shop selling clothing, balls etc. and has played for England.
He asked me to take some photos for his shop so I took a couple of studio flashes along today while the alley was fairly quiet. When I lit Steve with a softbox the rest of the alley and the pins were in total darkness so I had to point one flash head down the alley at full power to get some light on the pins. I took some action shots and a couple of portraits so I have used one for today's blip.
