Outside

Decided this morning to spend some time in the garden. Planted 50 small drumstick alliums along between the heucheras and the back hedge. Soil was quite wet clay but it meant the holes didn't fill in until the bulbs had been planted in.

Mini cherry is starting to loose some of its leaves now which is sad time, but was so glad to be out to potter about.

Tried to fork over a bit of ground under the tree which is just solid, so put some fork holes in, hope the rain will get in & soften it a bit more, it needs turned over before I can plant anything in it.

This pink flowered plant is beginning to die back but a few of the insects are still around it. This hoverfly was happily floating around the flowers.
