16 Years on...

Today we celebrate our wedding anniversary and we are having a nice day pottering around and doing stuff together. Yesterday the carpet was laid in the lounge. A huge 5 metre wide carpet which was a huge struggle to get up to the flat. The carpet fitter had to call in reinforcements! But it was laid and it is beautiful and the room really looks like home finally. I will probably bore you now with a mini-series of shots of the room! So the morning was spent popping things into place and Mum popped round to see how we were getting on.

We headed out for lunch at the Erskine Garden Centre which supports ex-servicetypes! Then it was off to IKEA to buy a nice bookcase for the lounge (it will feature in a picture over the coming days) before coming home to chill out for a bit. We are off into Glasgow to Viva Brazil for dinner shortly.
