Coffee with Royston

Royston the robin was actually waiting for us when we went out onto the roof terrace today.

I went for a lovely walk round the cemetery with Max, I did quite a long Pilates session, I walked again later on up to Lidl to get some shopping and I cooked a Caribbean dinner this evening, I’ve done over 7000 steps, I’ve rested a lot in between so I’ll see how I feel tomorrow, it’s trial and error.
