Who lives here?

Today is Mother-in-laws 90th birthday so spent most the day transporting and planting a large flowering cherry tree to note the occasion.   To relieve the back pain after digging holes and filling them with the tree, we took a walk in the woods local to where she lives and came across a little housing estate in an Oak tree.   I wonder who lives there?
