October grazing

There seems to be something to eat on the new pasture. Probably not for long, but I decided not to bring a new bale yet. The remains of the previous one were quite wet after eight millimetres of rain last night, but some heifers still ate them.

The day was grey, but there was a bit of light in the sky in the evening when took this. Spent most of the day in the cowshed fixing things.
