Lousy photo of a beautiful corner of Germany
I spent all day in Trier in a business meeting. The weather was so bad again; this is the best I could for a photo.
As it always is with those meetings - you get there, it starts, you talk a lot, eat lunch, talk more, get a tour through the building and the workshops, talk again and drive home.
Absolutely no chance to walk or drive in the city center for a few photos.
This one was taken when getting close to Trier on the Autobahn A1 and it shows the Mosel (Moselle river) and the Moseltal (Moselle valley) with the steep vineyards.
I really need to go back on a weekend or the next holidays. Trier is such a beautful over 2000 years old city, founded by the Kelts and conquered by the Romans. So much to see there - but not today. Too bad.
