Risk of being naughty: High!

I went to visit a friend this afternoon, whose house is in what was once part of a large country estate.

The beautiful old manor house and most of the land still belongs to the original family and as well as often being used as a filming location for period dramas, it also serves as a military training ground.

This sign appeared a few weeks ago. With all the rain we’ve had lately, it’s no surprise that there’s not much risk of a forest fire but I did have the fleeting temptation to change it to ‘Extreme’!
