Handle with care

Someone was out on the raz last night and is paying the price with a hangover today. The occassion was anti-valentines night when apparently all the young free and single girls show their distaste for the whole concept of valentines day by going out en mass and partying till the wee small hours.

She dissapeared back off to bed shortly after this picture was taken even though it was 3 o'clock in the afternoon!

For myself, I had a very nice 3 course meal cooked by Diana and then foolishly went to kettlercise. Not a good idea. I really struggled and at one point thought I was going to show the class what I had eaten just an hour or so earlier.

Lesson learned.
