Brief respite from the rain

This morning we woke to a bit of blue in the sky; and with a forecast downturn in the weather later in the day I took the opportunity to stretch my legs with (another) walk up Larkhill.

In fact the weather seemed to improve all morning, and I turned to head back there was some real colour in the sky.

I wandered out along a field boundary to get this shot of the lines of, now harvested, crop against the skyline.
