'One Street' project - St John's Church

I went out earlier today...making my daily blip first on the agenda instead of fitting it in later and later :)
So, continuing with the 'One Street' theme...
A sunny morning is always a good time to visit St John's Church, with the light flooding through the high windows. A lovely yet simple late-medieval building from the outside, the space and features inside are quite a surprise to some.
The little town of Axbridge with it's church tower, sitting at the foot of the south facing Mendip hills slopes makes a very pretty landscape!
