X marks the spot!

Treasure? This is what Kory wanted to know today. In Aberdeen today it was bizarrely hot (19 degrees, it snowed on Saturday, very strange weather changes!) Kory goes to Thai boxing classes near the beach, and we had a spare 20 mins after the library visit and before the class started. So we stopped off at the beach park where these 2 plastic stick things were just laid on the sand like this.

Kory did pirates in nursery last term and having just got the Bookstart Treasure Chest from the library free and looking at it in the car, he was fascinated with this X. He wanted to dig it up and see what was underneath. Aren't kids great?!

A little bit of a cop out for X, I know. I had grand plans to get a xylophone today, but I didn't realise X landed on a Tuesday which is a crazy day for me and I just didn't have time to get to one. I actually did have a few shots of drugs beginning with X, thanks to my pharmacist friend, but they were a bit Pixel-y to use!
