Lihou Priory

This priory was built on Lihou in the 12th century. Now only a few walls remain. We were in Lihou today to help marshalling with a 5k race. About 60 barking mad people ran 5 laps around the island, contending with the small matter of gale for 7-8, driving rain and hail for good measure.
