Flora or Fauna?

I couldn't decide, but because it used to move - with assistance - decided it was fauna.
As to what it was doing in the bottom of a hedge, that's your guess. Normally it's because people are dirty, but this bike looks complete. Stolen and dumped? All things are possible.
