Disaster first thing.....dropped my glasses and then stood on them . The opticians opened at 11 so we set off to see if they could be fixed. Thankfully repair was possible.

A good walk this afternoon near Alloa. The sun appeared and it was lovely and warm. A real treat after the deluge yesterday
