The Light Fantastic

We went for a walk this morning - the weather was pleasant. As we returned home, the sky to the North turned very dark, whilst to the South, there was still bright sunshine. Then the inevitable rainbow appeared.
After lunch, I did a little bit more of my newsletter then I set about the crabapples I picked a few days ago. I decided to make crabapple jelly. I threw in a few spices, and the kitchen was filled with the most delicious aroma.
