Mersehead

We went to RSPB Mersehead this afternoon and enjoyed a long walk on the beach and the hedgerowed avenues . We saw a wheatear, a fling of whimbrels feeding at low tide , and skeins of barnacle geese flying overhead.
This was just the nature fix I needed today to raise my spirits.
