Daffodil Bulbs

I am not sure what these daffodil bulbs are doing, coming through the ground this early, but maybe they know something we do not.
 
I spent much of the morning watching the elite men and women’s London Marathon races. It was rather boring watching them run around St James’s park although the end of the men’s race was quite exciting.   
 
The temperature today was nine degrees Celsius at GMT noon.
