Fall in New England
View from a ski lift on Stratton Mountain Vermont.
This year the Peak Foliage has came two weeks early due to drought and then mid week rain removed a lot of leaves. The red maples of Northern New Hampshire and Vermont are already past their prime so we headed to southern Vermont and ended up at Stratton. No snow yet but the ski lifts were open for leaf peepers and mountain bikers.
Luckily the trees are just starting to turn in Massachusetts at least so more to come.
