Miserable day
N’s son holed up in his West End flat in Glasgow following his flatmate’s positive Covid test. Despite his own negative result he’s got to self isolate for a fortnight. Booga

The weather was horrible so let’s just go through to Glasgow with a rescue package. Beer, Oreos, digestives, bacon, steaks, sweeties, telly and a Firestick courtesy of Amazon.. Bemasked doorstep mini catch up, we kept it brief which just felt plain weird and felt sorry for the poor lad. His last year at Uni won’t be as memorable as he’d thought.

Recommended to go for lunch at Eusabi deli, busy spot so no tables and instead we went for takeaway. Wow, what a selection and plumped for a beetroot and goats cheese salad... all so healthy until we saw the cakes... lemon meringue pie seemed to fall into my bag.... and then my mouth.
Feeling particularly whacked today so home to the sofa to watch The Fall. Series 1 done. And onto series 2.... glad the weather was rubbish. A lost day indeed.
