Breakfast

Such a treat!
Have arranged to have Newspaper delivered at weekends so I read it during breakfast whilst watching Franceinfo TV channel. I can see the sun rise and creatures in the field over the road through the French windows.

I find mornings very difficult. Trying to avoid migraine starting can take lot of effort. Often have to get up extremely early to have wonderful coffee and rye toast with egg, cheese or tinned fish.

Beautiful afternoon so Gyp and I walked around assessing all the storm damage. There’s a lot!

Then sat in sunshine by the stream watching animals and birds. Very peaceful and warm.
