And a wet one at that!

Typical Saturday, slow lazy start, although I was outside the charity shop at 8.55am for opening at 9 to drop off two boxes of stuff. There were already 3 in front of me. They only take in limited items on Saturdays and Tuesdays. It was pouring with rain.

Nice long chat with Hayley. Now she’s back at work it’s difficult to catch up during the week. Reggie took his first single step today.

Took the dogs on a shorter walk.

Had egg and bacon sarnie for brunch.

On the walk I did take a picture of J walking with his reflection in the wet path, but the girls said he looked like an axe murderer in some kind of horror film! So I decided to abandon that and nipped up to the empty woods with my phone and took this one instead, edited in snapseed.

Then did some DIY that’s been hanging over my head for a while - snagging in the kitchen that really needs finishing off sometime soon!

Jeff’s made a curry for our meal tonight and I think sorted out a Netflix film.
