Double portion

They only had huge caulis at W’rose. So seeing as the only use for a cauli is to make Piccalilli it had to be a double size batch.
Seriously concerned about the effects of scale up like extended heating and cooling times as well as the possibility of a run away reaction. We are carrying out calorimetry to be safe before loading the reactor.
One upside of the big batch is just possibly it will last twelve months.......
