Soggy Saturday

This wet and cool summer has had very few consecutive warm sunny days here on the east coast. After yesterday’s taste of what we have been missing it was back to the wind and persistent rain today. The sea front cafes were doing a whimpering trade. Portobello’s monthly market was also very quiet this morning. We felt very sorry for the bedraggled traders. I was surprised how quickly the four weeks since the last one have sped by!
