Rain (Day 1975)

It has rained all day. At times the rain has eased off to torrential, but it has shown no sign of stopping.
After a fairly lazy start to the day, my beautiful wife and I headed into town to wander round the supermarket and collect various stuff.
Home for lunch, then a walk at Lyde in some of the heaviest rain I have experienced for a long time. The dogs enjoyed the experience more than we did.
Home to dry out and do paperwork before a late afternoon trip across to Stromness to check the horses haven't been washed away.
