We have a very wet day today, in fact it will be wet most of the weekend, the forecasters say.

When on our way home from Gareloch yesterday we stopped for a wee break at Loch Lomond, and while there I saw this small tortoiseshell butterfly...... we won't see many of them now that autumn is here, but this one brought us great pleasure.
