When you ' re down and out

I passed our library to see this poor fellow laying over there. I took a quick look if he was still alive. Hmmm....deep sleep. I was thinking to inform police but didn t. You don t know how they will and if they ll pass by. So i hope everything works out fine for this poor chap.
