More cheesecake....

Today we had all our offspring and their partners here for lunch for our daughter’s 40th birthday. It doesn’t happen very often that we are all together. Noisy but nice. She requested two desserts from her childhood memory box. A cheesecake and a strawberry shortcake. This is the cheesecake with a berry cascade. Tada!
I haven’t made either of these for probably 25 years! Tasted yum ;-))I was probably silly to have attempted them but they worked.Phew.....
