S gave her Schmelzfeuer (candlewax re-use thing!) some tlc this evening and it’s burning nicely now.
Another Friday night quiz, less folk than usual so not as big a rammy as sometimes happens, but my brain was in neutral or reverse so no plaudits for the newly-arrived-home team! Arnie moved effortlessly through his mental gearing system though and Shugs came up trumps on the tricky condom question. Teamwork! That’s the 26th online quiz, who’d have thought?
Managed a bit of HIT exercise earlier, nothing too strenuous though and preceded by some yoga to try and loosen up all those muscles that have been on holiday over the summer! Can’t really do a fitness booster by just eating well ... unfortunately!
