Happy Birthday, John!

Andrew kindly took this photo first thing, just after John heard from his N Z family.

We had to entertain outdoors today so the garage was decorated with John’s cards. We already had bunting and lights up.

Fifi, J and A and Andrew sang Happy Birthday to Grandpa first time round and then some time later Ali, E and E arrived for the second rendition . Meanwhile we stood on the pavement outside our garden so that the two household rule was not broken! Would not want to upset Nicola. I think she has enough on her plate at the moment.

Everyone enjoyed the cake and Grandpa just enjoyed seeing everyone together.

Another nice thing that and happened today..... Ernie called x 3!!
