A busy Friday, starting with an interesting meeting with one of our Finance Directors trying (successfully I might add) to get her on side for a funding application next week, followed by a really good interview for a new Project Manager and ending, with a few bits in between, with a tricky Steering Group we'd been preparing for all week. That went ok as well, although one of the IT Heads seemed a bit cross at one point. I'll need to catch him on Monday.

Home via the gym to Friday night pizza.
