Usually Roxy doesn’t comply when you try to take her photo so this is quite unusual.

Our little apple tree didn’t produce much fruit this year and what did mature wasn’t of great quality so, I made a batch of chilli jelly. First time I’ve made it. It’s rather nice with cheese.
