Not quite the apt link for this Blip, but this is one of Aberdeen’s, somewhat controversial inside/outside bars.
Controversial in the point is they seem to be focussing in helping bars but not overmuch helping others businesses.
Shutting roads, making one way streets and, of course as I’ve said before, closing taxi ranks.
