Always good to see a long time friend and I was thrilled with this unexpected visit at lunchtime. This chap used to teach my children Karate when they were youngsters and he's worked his way up the ladder (great pun that) in the Fire and Rescue service. 

There was an amazing Moon across the Bay last night and I was going to blip that but, Friends before nature today. I'll put it in the extra when I return from my walk on the Beach, it's a glorious day.
