I have often walked down this street before....

As you can see, it wasn't the best of weather  today. Took this on our way to Aldi and as we got to the check outs, I developed a migraine. Luckily they had small bottles of water near the till, so I bought one and took my Migraleve tablets immediately ( I always carry them with me) . By the time we got home  the aura was going and I now feel as right as rain, thank goodness. Des (gym) phoned me this afternoon, and we had a good   chat. & a laugh. I do miss my gym visits but I think it will be a long time before I go back. The engineer did turn up yesterday afternoon to fit the isolation switch, and J was very impressed with his attention to detail. He had served in the Royal Navy as a radar technician  and while he was visiting Swansea he met a young lady and they got married. She is a teacher & speaks Welsh, so J said when you go home tonight , say how was your day cariad. He laughed and said, will I get a clip around the  ear? No J said, it's a term of endearment, so you may be tired going to work tomorrow. He said, I hope so .His name was Darren and he was a great character. That is stage one sorted. All we need now, is the electrician to come &  fit the bigger fuse box, and then we can use our oven again.
