Michaelmas Daisy

Of course we all know this plant as an Aster, but no longer! It is now renamed as Symphyotrichum novae- Anglia, but don't know its varietal name as there are many similar varieties. It's a terrible name I'm sure the botanists could have dreamt up something easier such as ASTERUS or ASTERISK!!
