Aww

Jamie gave me this card this morning. I was so surprised, and delighted. After that excitement it was time to head to the hospital for a diabetes check up. I usually approach these with great trepidation but today was different as for the first time ever I am not overweight!!!!!! In fact, the Doctor reckons I need to reduce my insulin. So, all in all a good visit.

Spent Thursday afternoon at the leisure centre as usual, in a blur of activities.

After a romantic tea I have been researching some ideas for a viking feast to make with Jamie's class. . .ideas on a postcard please!! So far have come up with an easy oat bread recipe?
