Route 3

Picked my son up from school in Lincoln for a third and final parental test route drive. Always a joy to go to Lincoln and the view is taken from the school main entrance. Happy with just doing just one route today, headed home for virtual parents evening.

Paid the price today for too much laptop, route planning etc work yesterday so trying to take it a bit easier today and tomorrow. Excellent pain class again yesterday and now have a chart to fill out daily in colour with types of activity, eg mental, rest.
