Thursday

Up at the Psychotherapist for 8.30 this morning, that was a shock to the system. 
Not a good appointment, barely had the energy to talk, a very negative appt. 
Walked back home, passing part of Edinburgh Uni, which is normally very busy, but not today, not a soul to be seen. 

Have stared at the tv for the rest of the day but couldn't tell you what I've watched. 
I have made a list but not a note, they don't deserve that. One day I hope it will get used.
